What kind of photo works best?

A sharp, well-lit photo with your pet’s face clearly visible, ideally taken at their eye level. One pet per photo.

How long does it take?

Usually a few minutes. We also email you a download link so you never lose it.

What do I receive?

A high-resolution digital portrait, plus a phone wallpaper and an Instagram-ready crop, all sent straight to your email.

Can I print it?

Absolutely. Your portrait is a print-ready digital file, sized for standard frames, so you can print it at home or at any print shop. We don’t print or ship physical copies ourselves.

Does it work for cats?

Dogs and cats of every breed. Other pets are coming soon.

What if it doesn’t look like my pet?

Tell us and we’ll redo it free. If it’s still not right, you get your money back.
